Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to registration fees for PAH 2027.

1. Registration Fees

  • All registration fees are paid in advance and are generally non-refundable.
  • Fees cover event planning, logistics, merchandise, and venue commitments.

2. Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations made by participants are not eligible for a refund.
  • You may transfer your registration to another participant only if allowed by the organizers and requested before the specified deadline.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If PAH 2027 is cancelled by the organizers, refund or credit options will be communicated via email.
  • If the event is postponed, registrations may be carried forward to the new dates.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond the organizers' control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Travel bans
